How the visit works

You call 91801 01822 or send the form and tell us the brand and the fault.
We fix a time slot and a technician comes to your address.
The appliance is inspected, the fault is explained and a fixed price is quoted.
Work starts only after you approve. The repair carries a 90 days warranty.

How often should an AC be serviced?

For most homes in Mysore, a deep cleaning service twice a year keeps cooling steady and the power bill down. Units in dusty areas may need it more often.

Do you do installation and shifting?

Yes, we install, uninstall and shift split and window units. Call us with the distance between the indoor and outdoor location so we can plan the copper piping.

My AC needs gas every year. Is that normal?

No. If gas runs out yearly there is a leak somewhere. We trace and fix the leak rather than only topping up the gas.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, repairs carry a 90 days warranty. Spare parts carry the warranty of the part supplied.
