About us

Omnifix Appliance Care repairs washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners and ovens at the customer's doorstep in Mysore. We work on appliances that are out of manufacturer warranty, across all major brands.

We are not an authorised service partner of any manufacturer. We are a locally run, independently owned repair business registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Our technicians are trained across multiple appliance categories and carry tools along with the spare parts that are needed most often, so a large share of jobs finish in a single visit. Every job follows the same order: inspect the appliance, explain the fault in plain language, quote a fixed price, and begin work only once the customer agrees to it.

What we hold ourselves to

• The price is agreed before the work starts, not after.
• We replace a part only when it has actually failed.
• Repairs carry a 90 days warranty, written on the invoice.
• If a job is not worth doing, we say so instead of billing for it.
• We turn down in warranty work and send you to the brand centre, because that protects your cover.
