This policy explains what information Omnifix Appliance Care collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you submit the booking form we collect the information you type into it:
Our server also records the IP address the form was sent from. This is used only to stop automated spam submissions.
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the repair you asked for, to reach your address, and to carry out the work. We do not use it for anything else.
Your details are seen only by the people in our business who arrange and carry out repairs. We may share them with our own technician attending your booking. We do not pass them to any third party for their own purposes. We will disclose information if we are legally required to by a court or a government authority.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to service the booking and to honour the 90 days repair warranty. After that they are deleted.
This website does not use cookies to track you across other sites. We may use standard web analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, which does not identify you personally. If you arrived from an advertisement, the advertising platform may set its own cookies, and their own privacy policies govern that.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call 080 6940 9364 or email omnifixappliancecare22@gmail.com and we will action it.
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
