Repair cost depends on the fault found and the spare parts needed, so we do not quote a figure over the phone without seeing the appliance.
What we do instead is simple. The technician inspects the unit at your home, tells you exactly what is wrong and gives you a fixed price. If you decide not to go ahead, that is fine. Any visit charge that applies is told to you on the call, before we send anyone.
Under warranty? If your appliance is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please use that brand's authorised service centre. Third party repair during the warranty period can affect your cover, and we would rather tell you that than take the job.

No. We are an independent multi brand repair service with no affiliation to any appliance manufacturer. For in warranty repairs, please approach the brand's own authorised centre.
We handle out of warranty and post warranty appliances only. Getting an in warranty product repaired by an independent service can void your manufacturer warranty, so we will tell you to use the brand centre instead.
In most parts of Mysore we can arrange a same day or next day visit, depending on when you call and the slots left.
Yes. The technician inspects the appliance, explains the fault and gives a fixed quote. Work begins only after you approve it.
Repairs carry a 90 days warranty. Spare parts carry the warranty of the part supplied. The exact terms are written on your service invoice.
